Service Questions:

  1. Where should I have my UCM Product/s be serviced?
    • UCM Group of Companies Inc. is the best source for service on your UCM Product/s. You may contact our professional service team through this number: 0917-5000-444
  2. How do I know when to have my UCM Product/s be serviced?
    • We suggest checking your unit/s frequently to maintain the functions and avoid major fixes. You may contact our service team for any inquiries or handy-troubleshooting.
  3. If I have technical inquiries, should I call UCM?
    • Yes, as UCM Group of Companies Inc.-Service Team knows the best for the products we sell and service. Our Service Team are all professionals and knowledgeable about our products as it is their specialization.

Warranty Questions:

  1. Do my UCM Product/s are under Warranty?
    • After purchasing your unit/s, it is automatically under the 1 Year Service Warranty and 3 Month for Parts Warranty.  But keep in mind that there are parts/areas in your product that were not included for warranty (wear and tear, replaceable, etc.)
  2. How do I get my vehicle repaired while in warranty?
    • You should bring your unit/product to UCM Group of Companies Inc. – Service Team for diagnosis and check-up. Our technician can help to determine if the repair will be covered under warranty.
  3. Do my unit’s warranty transferable to another owner if I sell my vehicle?
    • No, if the unit has been sold 2nd hand (Client to Client), warranty will be void. UCM Group of Companies Inc. Service Warranty and Parts Warranty are non-transferable.
  4. Does my factory warranty cover transporting the unit to and from the dealership?
    • No, any transport cost that will arise for the service fulfillment will be at your expense. Service warranty only covers the unit/s or part/s.
  5. Why was my replaced / repaired part not covered under warranty?
    • Any alterations, replacements, and major changes, without the knowledge of UCM, will not be covered by the warranty.  If a defect is not deemed to be caused by a manufacturer, it is possible that the repair would not be covered under warranty.
  6. How do I update my address or change the ownership of my UCM product?
    • You may contact our UCM Group of Companies Inc. – Sales Secretary for any changes on your information.
