1. Promo Period is from JUNE 1, 2023 until JUNE 30, 2023.
2. Customers are entitled to join the raffle: For every purchase of PHP 50,000.00 worth of ATVs / UTVs you are qualified for 1 UCM 12th Anniv. Raffle Ticket. EXAMPLE: If you buy 1 unit of THOR 150 (PHP 105,000.00) you will get 2 UCM Anniv. Raffle Ticket.
3. To join raffle, customer must fill out the UCM 12th Anniv. Raffle coupon with complete Name, Address, Contact Number, Email Address, affix signature, Receipt Number, Date of Purchase, and drop in dropboxes located at the nearest UCM Branch.
4. DEADLINE for dropping of raffle entries is on JUNE 30, 2023.
5. Raffle draw will be held on JULY 14, 2023 (Friday) at 11:30am onwards via Facebook LIVE: “UCM ATV Motors” and in the presence of a DTI Representative.

7. The prizes are NOT CONVERTIBLE to cash and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
8. Winners will be NOTIFIED via registered Email Address and SMS, and their names will be posted at our Official Facebook Page: “UCM ATV Motors”
9. A customer can win more than once. As the logic of ticket system suggests, you can win more than 1 Raffle Prize. The more entry, the more chances of winning!
10. Winners can claim their prizes at the nearest UCM Branch NATIONWIDE after being notified as one of the winners.
11. Winners shall present their claim stab, their Valid ID, and original Acknowledgement Receipt/Proof of Purchase. Photocopies of any will not be accepted.
12. PRIZES SHOULD BE CLAIMED WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS from the receipt of registered notice or it will be forfeited in favor of UCM GROUP OF COMPANIES INC. with prior approval of DTI.
13. All employees of UCM Group of Companies Inc., their partners, and affiliates, their ad agency, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.
14. UCM GROUP OF COMPANIES INC. will shoulder the 20% TAX of prizes exceeding PHP 10,000.00.
